Biography: Art Z began his affair with photography at the age of ten when his father gave him a Polaroid camera. But it was not until 1967, while on active duty in the U.S. Army, that his passion for photography blossomed. Using a 4x5 Speed Graphic, Art taught himself photography during his off duty hours making use of the USO darkroom. His work has been exhibited in the U.S. and Europe and is widely collected, over 700 prints having been sold since 2001. It has appeared in major publications and will be featured in the March 2008 issue of Nude The Art of Women, magazine. A published anthology of his work, Santtorini Nudes, is available his E Bay store. The book and print set is limited to100 signed editions.
